1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using DocuLite, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Use of the Application

DocuLite is designed for scanning documents, creating PDFs, managing PDF files, extracting text (OCR), scanning QR & Barcodes and other document-related tasks.

• Use the application only for lawful purposes.
• Do not use the application to create or distribute illegal content.
• You are responsible for the files you create, edit and share.

3. Premium Subscription

Some features are available only with a Premium subscription. Premium purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing.

Prices may change in future updates without prior notice.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are subject to the Google Play Refund Policy. DocuLite does not directly process payment information.

5. User Responsibilities

• Keep your device secure.
• Back up important files regularly.
• Do not misuse the application.
• Do not attempt to modify or reverse engineer the application.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, icons, designs, source code and content related to DocuLite are the property of WebSoft Global unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

DocuLite is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for data loss, device damage or indirect damages resulting from the use of the application.

8. Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, improvements and new features at any time to improve the application experience.

9. Account & Subscription

If Premium features require account verification, you are responsible for maintaining access to your Google Play account used for the purchase.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application if these Terms are violated or if the application is used unlawfully.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
